Our Team

Lead Pastor, Mike Rose

God is on the move! This is an exciting time for Peoples Church. God has answered our prayers for our next Lead Pastor!

Rev. Michael Rose is our new Pastor. There will be an installation service Sunday March 25th at 10:45am. We are very excited to see what God is going to do in the near future, we sense God has something big planned as we follow His lead.

My name is Michael Rose, I'm the proud husband of Melissa and father to 3 amazing kids ages between 7 and 12.  We have served in Hong Kong as Special Assignment Missionaries with the Christian and Missionary Alliance for the last 13 years and are excited to be coming to America.  I am a strong advocate for the value of the local church and am passionate about honoring God as we grow together locally and globally.  God continues to amaze me at how He uses His people to shine His love and light into the world.  I look forward to what God has in store as we join the People's Church family.  In my downtime you'll find me looking for trails to hike with the family, on a tennis court or buried in a book.

The Elder board is praying for a mighty movement of the Holy Spirit in this church. We pray that God will have His way with each of us individually and as a church. We pray that we will be unified as a body and we will be faithful to whatever He calls us to. We ask you to join us in prayer that God will use Peoples Church and His people in mighty ways. In Jesus name.

Robert French, Head Elder

I have been attending Peoples since 2011. I am married to my beautiful and amazing wife Katherine. In addition to two married sons, ages 33 and 29, and three grandchildren, we have 5 children ages 7 and under in our home. We have adopted all of them from foster care.

God set us on an amazing journey eight years ago. While fostering 10 children we have had many opportunities to share God’s love and the gospel; 6 of these children received the Lord Jesus into their hearts. Peoples Church has also played a key role in supporting us and pouring into these children’s lives showing them God’s love and truth. As we surrender daily to the Lord, He is showing us what it looks like to pour ourselves out in light of eternity!

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Previously, I worked in the sign industry and in manufacturing and currently am self-employed working with computers. I treasure time in God’s word and prayer. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing guitar at home and with the church Worship Team. When there is time, I also enjoy boating, fishing, camping, time at the beach and golf.

My life verse is – Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Wesley Brown

I have been married for 19 years to my beautiful wife, Tracie, and have 2 kids.  We have attended Peoples for 3 years.  My favorite activity would be hunting.  I love being in God's creation.  I enjoy serving in the sound room.  I have worked for a cabinet company for 21 years.

Harold Seames

I have been married for 65 years, have 5 children and I've been with Peoples for 50 years.  I am a retired electrician and I have served as an elder through all of the pastors here.  I really like talking to people and going to General Council to see old friends.

Jeremy Williams

My wife Heidi and I have been married since 1993 and have seven children. I served as Church Treasurer from 2013 - 2014, and as an Elder since 2014. I am a heavy equipment operator. I enjoy coaching youth wrestling in the winter months.

In my walk with Christ, the Holy Spirit brings me to the following scripture time and time again…

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:8 - 10 (ESV)
