Bible Bootcamp Week 10

There is 1 Bible, 2 Major Divisions (Old Testament & New Testament), and we have talked about 3 divisions of the Books of the Bible (Law, History, & Poetry). Let’s take this week to review these divisions and the books a part of them one more time before we move on to the Major and Minor Prophets!

Our true Bible story for today comes from the book of Judges and is about a man named Gideon who has an army of 32,000 soldiers. He’s heading into battle when the Lord tells him, He wants to decrease the amount of soldiers he takes to battle. How many do you think Gideon takes into battle?

Gideon is a great example of what it means to listen, trust and obey our God. Let’s look at a Scripture verse that helps remind us of this truth.
